The VAMOR Doctoral Network participated in the ASSA Autumn School, held on 5 November 2024 in Eindhoven.

Romain Rumpler and Pierre Mariotti contributed to the Seasonal School in Numerical Acoustics by proposing and delivering a dedicated session on finite element implementation using the open-source software FEniCSx.

The event gathered around 30 PhD students, providing a focused training environment on numerical methods in acoustics and promoting knowledge exchange on modern computational tools.

This activity highlights VAMOR’s commitment to advanced training in numerical acoustics and the dissemination of open-source methodologies within the research community.
